Returns 

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. 

If your product is faulty, missing items or has been damaged, we will express ship you a replacement or work with you for a full or partial refund. 

If your kit is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

Refunds

Kitwaii will provide a full refund if your product has not been dispatched yet. 

If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order or provide a refund. 

Waiting for a refund?

Please wait up to 7-10 business days for the funds to clear and appear in your bank account. There is often a small processing time before refunds are posted.
